Feel like home?
It is our goal, our aim. For By Seric the details make the difference, that’s they are essential in our villas, in all of them, Adult’s Only (El Ranchito) and in family villas (Mamba, Isabel and Conchita). Everything is highly thought to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Who is your host?
Chemy Bocanegra Acosta, businessman from Extremadura, who was born and raised in Germany who finally came back to Andalusia due to his passion for his career in the tourism industry. He started at the age of 12, as a hotel bellhop, and little by little, at the end of his tourism degree in Germany he decided to move to Costa del Sol and to carry out his enthusiasm, knowledge and skills. After some leading positions in several multinational companies, he has invested all his wisdom and experience in enhancing this personal project,Villas By Seric, which he had in mind for some years, but impossible to carry out without exclusive dedication.
Why this proyect?
Traveling has been a really important aspect of Chemy`s life. More than 70 countries visited, with different cultures, staying at many diverse accommodation (some of then really basic or too luxury, seven stars), but always living and learning from the experiences and services. All this knowledge, the basis of our line of work, has been used in this personal project that your host always had in mind.
Why By Seric?
This name comes after the birth of our children, Sergio and Eric. Chemy’s effort to make an adequate combination of both names led us to By Seric.

Only Villas?
We have analysed some projects in other areas, but it has to fit with our product typology. It must be something that makes sense for us as we are passionate in this villas concept . However, at present we continue making studies to grow and to invest time in our idea.
